Dr.
Ralph Wilson will be teaching on the Psalms at a Saturday seminar in Frimley,
30 miles southwest of London, just off the M3.
In his introduction he'll help you understand how to appreciate the parallelism and imagery of Hebrew poetry. Then he'll lead the group in experiencing a number of different types of psalms.
Some of the psalms we'll consider are favorites such as Psalm 23, 1, 8, 51, 100, 150, but we'll also savor the flavor and spirit of many others. The programme will consist of a delightful mix of lecture, choral reading, and group interaction. As a result of attending this seminar you'll gain knowledge that will help you appreciate the beauty and power of the Psalms and will enrich your experience of this book for the rest of your life.

Dr. Ralph F. Wilson is author of the JesusWalk® Bible Study Series that provides free e-mail Bible studies to thousands of Internet students around the world. He has written of dozens of books, including Experiencing the Psalms (2007). A limited number of copies of the book will be available at the seminar for purchase.
Dr. Wilson has served as a pastor for 40 years. He holds M.Div. and D.Min. degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary, and serves as Ministry Development Pastor in a congregation in Rocklin, California. He and his wife, Jean, celebrate their 40th anniversary in February. Dr. Wilson is also known internationally as a pioneer in the field of Internet Marketing.
On Sunday, February 17, the day following the seminar, Dr. Wilson will preach at the 10:30 am service of Frimley Baptist Church on the subject: "Questions that should bother us: Is lifelong marriage too much to expect in today´s society?" Mark Wickenden serves the church as pastor.

Directions:
The town of Frimley is located just south of Camberley, about 30 miles southwest of London at the intersection of M3 and A331. Yahoo Map Directions.
From London and northeast England take the M25 to Junction 12. Exit onto the M3 toward Southampton. From Southampton and southwest England take the M3 northeast towards London.
At Junction 4, take the A331 exit to Guildford / Farnham / Camberley / Farnborough / Aldershot. At Frimley Interchange, take the 2nd exit onto A331 heading to Guildford/Farnham / A31 / Aldershot / A323 / Farnborough / A325. Exit onto A325/Farnborough Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto B3411 / Frimley High St. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto B3411 / Church Rd. Continue to follow B3411. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Balmoral Dr.
Accommodations:
For those staying overnight, there are a number of hotels and B&Bs in Frimley and nearby Camberley. If you're looking for something inexpensive, the TraveLodge in Camberley, when we looked last, had a £19 rate for Friday night, February 15, though Saturday night is higher. Accommodation arrangements must be made with the individual hotel itself.
