Shipping Policies for Printed Books

United States

In the US I ship printed books via your choice of Media Mail or Priority Mail.

• Media Mail (including our shipping envelope) costs up to 1 pound, $2.38, up to 2 pounds $2.77, up to 3 pounds $3.16, up to 4 pounds $3.55. In addition there is a 50¢ charge for the shipping envelope. Media Mail delivers in 8 to 14 business days, though sometimes this can take longer if the post office is slow. I ship from California. 
• Priority Mail is $4.95 for up to a 400 page book. It delivers in 2 to 3 days, though sometimes this can take a week if the post office is slow.

If you need shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other, please select "Contact Me before Shipping" for shipping type on the order form and put your preference in the "Comments" box near the bottom of the form. form. I'll e-mail you the rates prior to shipping.

International

Outside the US, I ship by fast and economical Priority Mail International to 51 countries. I can ship up to a 400 page book in their flat rate envelope for US $10.95 to Canada and Mexico and US $12.95 elsewhere. Your book should arrive in 4 to 6 days, but may be longer in some countries.

Note: I sometimes receive requests from pastors in Africa and India who ask "Please send me all your books and tapes." Unfortunately, I am unable to fulfill these requests due to shipping and printing costs, though I can sometimes respond with e-books.

E-Books

If you need your books faster, consider ordering them as e-books, downloading them to your computer, and printing them out on your own printer.
